Acceptable Use Policy

Payment is monthly and in advance. and is non-refundable.
Subject to existing agreements this offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Subscriptions to this plan will be limited to ensure acceptable network performance for all users.
Subscription automatically continues on a month to month basis unless subject to prior cancellation (see Terms & Conditions).

Each Intas Internet User ID may login for Internet access as often as they wish. However, using the same User ID to login from more than one computer at the same time is not permitted.
A maximum 4 hour session limit will apply.
A 20 minute idle timeout will apply. Automated methods to avoid disconnection due to inactivity are not permitted.
Access may be delivered via proxy servers.
Access is not guaranteed in peak periods.
Individual e-mail messages are limited to 5MB in size. Each mailbox is 10MB in size unless otherwise arranged.

This plan is not available for Permanent IP addresses; and this service is not to be used as a Permanent Connection.
Running servers of any kind or providing any public information service from a computer connected via this plan is prohibited.
This service is offered for personal only. It is not intended to be used for commercial or other purposes. It is not for resale.
Indicators of non personal or commercial use are hours of use and data download volumes.
As a guide 8 hours per day, or 200 hours or more per month over two or more monthly periods is indicative of commercial or non personal use. These figures are derived from a formula based on a 3 times multiple of the mean usage by all users on this plan and are formulated to give all users on our network fair and equitable access.
We reserve the right to have your access restricted or suspended for non compliance with the above AUP

This plan is not for resale.
Excessive data throughput above what would be considered reasonable personal use is not permitted. Excessive data throughput is defined as ten (10) times the rolling monthly average throughput of users on the same plan. At the time of writing this is approximately 60GB.

Excessive data transfer is defined as ten (10) times the rolling monthly average transfer of users on the same plan. Please note that causing excessive data transfer may also violate parts of our standard tems and conditions.
