How do I retrieve my lost or forgotten password?

For security purposes our staff do not have access to your password once it is entered into our system and therfore it can not be retreived if lost or forgotten. To reset your password please contact Internet Tasmania on 1300 13 10 13 to have a new password issued.

You will need to provide the following information:

Your full name

Your username

Your address

Your phone number
