General Information » Billing
How does the billing cycle work?
The billing cycle is charged on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice on the 1st of each month for the following month - detailing how much is due and when it is due. For example, you will receive an invoice on the 1st of February for March's rental period which is due on the 1st of March.
If you are a new customer, and sign up during a month - you will be charged on a pro-rata basis for that first month. That is why there is a reduced amount on your first invoice, however, by the following month (1st day) each invoice will be charged at the normal plan rate that you have selected.
(e.g., Joe Bloggs created an account on 3rd of February;
his first invoice will be $16.73 which needs to be paid that same day (the
internet service is paid in advance). However, the invoice for next month will be raised at the same time (to be
paid on the 1st of March) at the plan rate of $19.95
(Uni Unlimited plan).
