How do I check my account details or view an online statement?
To view an online statement you will need to go to the "Members"(link) section, and click on the "Check usage & invoices" link. From here you can easily see your statement(s) and see what your usage is.To check your account details, follow the previous steps, and click on the "Quick Stats" link near the top of the page. This will display your contact details. If any of your details have changed please contact the help desk on 1300 13 10 13 with your new information.
