What happens when I reach my Download Allowance?

Depending on what plan you are on will determine your download allowance. The download allowance simply defines how much data you can download at full speed. When you reach your download allowance your internet connection speed will be slowed to 64/64kbps - which is still faster than dial up speeds.

Never fear! You can still continue to use the internet - check your emails, look at your favourite sites, view new movie trailers, continue your eBay bids - just like before, except the speed at which you do these things will be similiar to dial up. The great thing is, you don't have to worry about excess usage and your internet connection is still connected 24/7 and you don't have to pay for connection costs.
