Which package is right for me?

Q. Want the phone when you need it plus check e-mails and surf the web regularly?

A. Our broadband Starter package gets you "on the road" with no excess usage fees and no local call connection costs.

Q. Want to purchase mp3s, download movie trailers, use the internet regularly or need extra speed?

A. Our Starter Plus or Rapid packages are perfect for heavier home usage.

Q. Need to network your home computers to the internet wirelessly?

A. Purchase a four port ADSL wireless modem from us for $99.00 and connect multiple laptops wirelessly, quickly and easily.

If cancelled within 6 months of provisioning, a decommissioning fee of $66 applies. E.g. if you cancel after the first month the most you will pay is povisioning+one month access+decommissioning fee.
Slowed to 64k once download allowance is reached (more info).
Once off provisioning fee of $110.00 for new accounts, $44.00 when changing from another provider. Charges apply for service configuration changes. Modem not included.
Changing ADSL Line speeds (ie from 256k/64k to 512k/128k) will incur a once off $22.00 fee

4 Port Ethernet Hub (optional) - $80.00 - required if you wish to network or link several computers on the one Satellite connection.

Notes:

A LAN Card (Sometimes called an Ethernet Card or Network card or 10/100 card) *is* required to connect to the Satellite Modem. Some computers have them built in, some do not. If you are unsure as to whether you have one, please ask a qualified computer technican. They are not very expensive - places like Dick Smith Electronics sell them for around $25.00. It will need to be installed by a qualified computer technician.
